An amazing new collaboration that we did not anticipate this year was the formation of the music group Vague Detail. Made up of Kaleem Taylor and The Code, two individual artists who have respectively been doing wonderfully on their own. Their decision to team up was an excellent one as Kaleem Taylor’s distinct and beautifully memorable voice, compliments the production that The Code creates perfectly. This is clearly displayed on their self-titled EP, which thematically focuses on the anxiety which accompanies the "feeling of being unprepared for life’s twists and turns". This notion is encapsulated by each track, with every single taking a sombre tone as Kaleem reflects. We just hope Vague Detail is not a one-time experience and that they continue to work together, as they clearly make magic. -Shanice L
